Impressive visit last Friday to Peter Vetsch in Zurich. Looks like we’re talking the same language although I have had to get back my German language skills. I think there is nothing more sustainable (concerning housing) than building earth houses. We’ve been visiting some very impressive houses in the Zurich region. Big question is: can we match earth house architecture witch our brand & design values and will Swiss design go together with our Dutch design.
Something else what we have learned from Vetsch is the little more time consuming building of the earth houses. They are all unique, pieces of art and ofcourse none of them are prefabricated. Our planning of October 2012 might be too ambitious.
That night the Swiss soccer team lost their match against Honduras. According to the extremely relaxed atmosphere at the Zurich lakeside, most of the Swiss didn’t really care.
