Since our last visit in October 2010 we have been back to the Caribbean the first week of 2011. A real power team went down in order to prepare proposals and start negotiations concerning the acquisition of land on Antigua & Barbuda. There are three beautiful sites left on our shortlist; the sites are in the areas of Valley Church, Johnson Point and Galleon Beach. We have also had short visits to two other islands in the area; Curacao and St. Martin of the Dutch Antilles. We continu finalising the key figures, marketing plan and presentations for our investors.
